A trade and investment advisor with 15+ years leading cross-border market-entry, FDI, and commercial-diplomacy programs across Israel, Europe, and Latin America.

As Israel's Commercial Attaché to Mexico, Uriel was responsible for over $30 million in annual bilateral economic outcomes and built a high-value institutional network spanning government ministries, Tier-1 corporates, development finance institutions, and innovation ecosystems across the Americas and EMEA.

He founded SymbioLAB in 2022 to advise companies, investors, and institutions on market access, investment positioning, regulatory navigation, and political and commercial risk along the Israel–Americas–EMEA corridor.

Multilingual in Hebrew, English, Spanish, and French, Uriel operates at ministerial, board, and C-suite level — structuring cross-border transactions and converting institutional access into commercial outcomes.
